Rail faning in Nashville
I plan to go to Nashville in a few weeks. We have some tickets to the Grand ole Opery to see some country shows, can anyone suggest some rail fan locations while I'm there?

Re: Rail faning in Nashville
Harding place off i65 exit 78 is my favorite place to go around Nashville. There's a waffle house and cracker barrel there for food. The bridge over the csx line there has a sidewalk on the north side and is a hundred yards or so from the hump. I used to know a lot of places when I lived down there but it's been a long time. I know there are some spots down town although I can't attest to how safe that area is these days. Another place we used to stop is exit 97 off 65 at the Hardee's. There's a bridge there I'd watch trains cross as a kid. Both locations have lodging. Radnor Yard is definitely my favorite spot though. If you go to my YouTube channel I have some videos taken from that bridge this spring when I was last there.
