C801-15 @ 17:18 eastward reported by the DD mp CG44.2 with 540 axles & 7,030 feet long. BNSF engine #5964 & 129 loaded coal cars & rear dpu BNSF #9260 & CSX engines #253 + #718. He’s headed to the power plant in West Olive, Mi.

As of about an hour ago at the yard the engines were not turned on and it appeared like there was no crew. Wouldn’t surprise me if they annulled 327-19 and just have it run as a bigger 327-20 tomorrow morning and try to get them back on schedule

M327-20 between 04:40/05:10 Grand Rapids, Mi job briefing with the RN Dispatcher: CSX engines #5371 + #7784 (elephant style) & 80 cars (34 loads + 46 empties) @ 6,222 tons & 4,941 feet long. They will be following Amtrak P371 westward.

Amtrak P371-20 @ 06:44 westward reported by the Defect Detector site mp CG19.1 in Zeeland, Mi with 16 axles & 307 feet long. IDTX engine #4603 & 3 SuperLiners. He is having PTC issues that had started in the area of the switch that goes into the northend of the industry (engineer's wording) at the mp CG20 Intermediate Signal & that's holding him to Restricting Speed. He had this problem last night and yesterday morning, too.

No the M.J. lead is @ approximately mp CG20.7 which is west of the Plascore siding.
Note: interesting fact in the timetable that lead is listed two ways. It’s listed as the M.J. lead and the M & J lead. The MJ stands for Mead Johnson.

He had the same PTC Restricting Speed as Amtrak did & he was traveling too slowly over the DD for it to count axles & determine length. He has CSX engines #5371 + #7784 (elephant style) & 80 cars.
