If the engine is going to SRI, wouldn't it get dropped in Lansing for D708?

He didn't say how many cars he has to set off & no mention was made if any cars were to be picked up. I would guess anywhere from 1 to 1 1/2 hours to do his work in Lansing. He was by mp CH108 at 10:43am & he's headed to Ensel mp CG90.

Q327 clear Grandville. Sounds like the power from yesterday’s 326 was spun so the CN unit is leading down.

Judging by the noise the train is rather short today.

Heard D700-12's mark up with the RN saying he has the CN #8822 leading & 70 cars (33 loads + 37 empties) going to Waverly.

Oh yes, definitely with those engines & car count. I had listened to the scanner archives twice to be sure that was D700 I was hearing. Surprised D700 didn't mention his 2nd engine, which is what they normally do when job briefing, & had me thinking he was running with the CN engine solo. But the DD19.1 axle count for him did work for 2 engines & not for a single 6 axle engine. No idea what the plan is for Q327 - not a peep out of him yet today.

Q326-12 @ 12:02 eastward Holland Depot mp CG25.3 with CSX engines #5255 + #3205 & 91 cars. He was waiting for the ok to proceed by the MoW workers at the Holland Depot.

Couldn't hear the DD19.1 report for him - the scanners went off line.

D706 cleared CH84.43 in East Lansing. As expected LTEX #310 left back at Ensel.

Made its way slowly through EL as well. There'd been some welding going on earlier at CN's M1 side diamond.
