GLC was over on CSX at 1pm Tuesday afternoon to pick up 41 cars out of the Howell pass after waiting for over two hours for CSX to answer their radio for permission. 397+398.

Unsure if they ran yesterday, locos were still spotted outside the shops at 1100.

Saw GLC coming into town after 11am on Thursday (2 locos and 2 center beam loads). Heard them very early this morning again today (a bit after 10:30am). 2 days in a row?

My wife took this shot of the consist last Thursday, but I mistakenly posted it in the April thread.
Lunch break for the GLC crew.

GLC stopped behind Wendys in Traverse City to grab lunch today about 11:45. My non rail fan wife took the photo and sent it to me.

2 empty centerbeams and at least 1 tank car from Friday's trip spotted behind Family Video in Cadillac this evening. Also at least 4 grain cars inside Wyoming Feed and 1 more spotted outside the fence.

396 and 399 returned at 1530 with 8 coke hoppers, 2 tie loads, 1 full centerbeam, 1 tank and 2 covered hoppers (most likely feed).

Returned today at 1700. Sorry about the obstructed view, but wanted the sun to the right of me. There was track work being done just south of Thirteenth St today. Assuming that's what all the ballast hoppers are for. Taken at Chestnut St.

Returned around 1600 with 3 coke hoppers, 4 tie hoppers, 1 pole load and 1 covered hopper.

Northbound grain train coming through Howell. Couldn't see the numbers but 2 units leading.
