I think this is the auto train. How do 10 cars roll over on their side? Broken rail?

Florida is noted for sink holes in all parts of the state! The collapse of a underground cave could generate what we see in the picture.

Did the happen on CSX or SunRail maintained trackage?

The picture does tell a story, however, there are myriad of points that make up the story that the picture leaves out.

The De Land ridge which underlies the site of the Amtrak derailment consists of limestone and Karst. The De Land area is prone to sinkholes and erosion of the underlying rock strata.

Amazing that the locomotives got past the sunken area. Before it gave way.
