DeWitt runs B769 (I think it's daily) out of the yard to interchange with NYSW and FGLK, and also works some industries. A Y331 also sometimes runs out of the yard to do extra work.
Goodman has B790 (Mon-Fri), B791 (Mon-Fri), and B796 (Sun-Thurs) which runs east out to the Fairport area, working in-between. I think they also have a Y190 that can operate as an extra Waste Management transfer.
However, there are no trains that only transfer between DeWitt and Rochester. Everything is handled by manifests.
