Lens Adapters

I just sold my Canon EOS Rebel SL2 in favor of upgrading. I'm replacing it with a Canon M50 Mark II, I've shot a few trains on one before and decided this will be a great camera for me.
I have a Tamron EF-S 18-270mm lens that I bought for my SL2 that is one of my favorite lenses I have.
Are there any good Canon lens adapters for EF-S to EF-M (or whatever mount the M50 uses), or is it not a good idea to get one?
