Any new updates? Also, I noticed your DC transformer and was curious if you will eventually convert to DCC?

Re: Kalamazoo & Lansing
no real updates...just doing a lot of operations lately....been live streaming most of it for some friends at another site...
the only reason i would invest in DCC is for sound....layouts small enough i dont "need" fancy control.....but sound in my steamers would be awesome!!

did my annual "watch the 500 build something N scale" thingie today....continued the Richland Station platform work
we left off here few weeks ago
so continuing with the cuttin and stuff ...making sections to sand to fit
ending up with this...
mixed up a homemade stain...burnt umber acrylic mixed 1:4 with water...
steps ramps and such are next...
note: pics are first try with my new phone...camera seems weak but its quick to upload.....

this is "South Yard" of the Lansing Manufactors Railway...bottom track is the "station lead"....hope to be installing the turntable this weekend...

I enjoy the updates, Gov. The additional yard is a good idea for better operational action.

Re: Kalamazoo & Lansing
Looks like there's room for another industry or two in the new section. Is that your plan?

Re: Kalamazoo & Lansing
i dont think so...South Yard is a north "end" of my railroad and is basically an interchange yard. Any industry would be switched by the LMR anyway ...but plans have changed before
