RMC February Issue delayed??

RMC February Issue delayed??

I am suprised no one posted on this yet....

I called Carstens Publishing (Publisher of Railroad Model Craftsman) and got to speak to their customer service personnel. Really nice, they explained that the February Issue was delayed (unknown reason) and that it was to be shipped in the next 5 days.... The woman I talked to was very nice and professional.... I am glad I renewed my subscription....

Normally RMC is really good bout being ontime, while MR seemd to lag in a week or so... anyone know what happened??

The cause of the delay is obvious if you read this board at all........

Could be a lot of things. Delays in getting copy to the printer, delays at the printer, delays in the railroads getting the paper to the printer. I don't know where RMC is based out of, but it could well have something to do with the weather lately as well. Or equipment problems or a host of other things...
