One industry that would take up the entire layout

This is TTX's Calpro Division in Mira Loma, CA Looks to be all container cars that they service. You could also take up the whole layout with the auto ramp across the way.

I took a tour of the facility in late July with the NMRA and I must say when the take a 48' well car and make it a 40' well car it's quite impressive.
