The Williamsburg branch is intact as it completes a run around siding with a lead track beyond the last switch. using topo maps for elevation and google maps to measure distance, i get about 1.5% westbound up to gratiot.
steep but manageable considering it's an industrial spur and it would be empties heading uphill.

Not only did the Hamilton Northwestern run they may have brought in 3 covered hoppers for the Endeavor facility in Hamilton Michigan.
