Went down to Plymouth to look for N956. Found it, but it was already halfway across Sheldon Rd., so I headed back east to the diamond where it would be turning northward. Turned north onto Starkweather St., and was surprised by WB / SB K388, with W&LE #6312 (in GM blue) in the lead, followed by #400...

E94512 SB/WB cleared Baseline Rd / 8 Mile Rd (CC78) at about 1420. Led by BNSF 8952 followed by 9722 (in Brunswick green & cream scheme) and 114 FSTX coal empties.

A 55 car NB train came off the Toledo Sub and headed west at Plymouth around 1600. I assume it was empty grain hoppers -- at least one was ADMX, some were CEFX. Led by CSX 7879 and 7611.

E94509 SB just cleared 7 Mile Rd in Northville at 2300, according to my (borrowed) scanner. I'm new at this -- seems like sometimes they refer to themselves by the lead engine number, other times, like tonight, by train number. X500 EB the other night referred to itself by the engine number.

Looks like E94507 is on the move. Saw it cross the bridge SB over Northville Rd. at 1610. Led by BNSF 8861 with 8873 following.

X500 EB cleared Plymouth diamond at 9:08 pm.

Caught another NB on a Sunday. Thru Hamburg at 1410. Led by 2675, followed by 2663, 390, 389, and 63 grain empties (ADMX and CEFX).

Thanks, Steve. Looking for info for the Northville area (for now). I know there are only 4-5 trains a day (although today I heard about 6 or 7).
