GDLK northbound currently sitting in the siding at CP Park. 4209, 4125 & 4225 for power. Not sure if the crew is tying the train down or getting ready to go north.

D702 took off from Grandville heading west right about 1300. Covered hoppers for cement and coil cars.

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 3:22pm. WAMX 4225, WAMX 4209 and 40 cars.

Back south at about 1810. No visual.

After dealing with air issues on the hill, Q327 is currently westbound between New Richmond and Fennville.

GDLK104 was south through Three Rivers with a train for Elkhart at about 1540. WAMX 4206, 4209 and an NS GP38-2.

From the scanner around GR in the last few minutes, Z151 has the EC1 to come south and D702 is about to depart west from Wyoming.

Just for the record, some Friday and Saturday July 24 & 25 action on the LSRC. Friday evening, the turn from Grayling to Gaylord and back (393? 394?) ran with the 4304 & 304 for power. Went north with 5 cars. Around 1915, the 304 was switching at the elevator south of Standish. 4325 & 800 for power....

251 north through Holly currently. Pair of SD75I’s for power.

W015 west through Jenison at about 1636.

Q327 through Grandville at about 0640. CSX 3219 & 7201. Large cut of autoracks right behind the power. Highballing the work at Waverly.

P933 clear Holland westbound at 0659.

I'm not sure when the train itself was discontinued but cross border Pullman service ended on December 31, 1968. Cross border service as a whole ended shortly after on january 15, 1969. As far as I know, passenger trains still operated on either side of the border but passengers had to find their ow...
