Thanks for drawing the map up DT&I, I'll be posting a new thread for the IPAC sometime soon containing the AW's plans for our new acquisition. Sounds good, the your trackage rights trains shouldnt be an issue, there arent that many trains on that line so you should never be held up unless there are...

Is the CE19000-6W the AW prototype electric? It is, completed and tested, runs perfect. @ypsi thats how it was ordered! lol Well it was ordered as 10,000-15,000hp but that's because we didn't believe it was possible to coax a peak of 19,000hp out of an electric locomotive and HP isn't as important ...

We will be willing to provide about $3 million in funding for R&D. Also if it could be equipped with DPU capability that would be a huge bonus to our operations.DT&I wrote:We can definatly do that but will you provide funding? If so we can build a prototype and you can see how you like it.

Yep, that would be the one. Kind of funny that Eric Brooman's layout has become so famous that the new train simulator games feature his railroad's paint scheme in them. Wonder what other famous model railroad paint schemes exist in those games? Hmm all i know is that one off hand Allen McClelland'...

I love your last photograph! I really need to get up to see the LS&I sometime. If you get up there to see it before they replace the U30C's I definetly recommend staying until they switch the dock in the evening. Watching the old U boats shove loads onto the dock was an impressive sight and sound. ...
