CSX Plymouth Sub Signal Replacement in Howell,MI?
Does anybody know when the signals on the Plymouth sub will be fully replaced? i know in some spots on the Sub they have, but more specifically in the Howell, Michigan area. Also...Every time i'm railfanning near the AnnPere in Howell the dispatcher always talks about codeline failures in the system...

I was wondering if anyone knew the locals for the exB&O line that runs through michigan and into plymouth or anywhere near there?
