The trucks are "loaners" from the Ohio Central. They were trucked to TC and the original trucks trucked to Manistee. The "loaners" will eventually get trucked back to Ohio.

Gotcha all beat - 34 years since I walked at MTU and 38 years since I walked at the Civic Auditorium in GR for high school:)

I'm guessing haul transformers for ABB. It splits in the middle to provide a bed for the transformer to sit on. The extra length helps spread out the load. It's "folded up" as pictured.
