When I started working on the railroad in the summer of 1998, there was a item in our train order about the Wye in grand ledge was removed from service . Don't know how long before.that it was taken.out but that might give you some idea.

Glad to see I'm not the only run running older Athearn blue box rolling stock. :D Oh ya PLENTY of Athearn rolling stock to be found, esoecially the older stuff. As for the power the lead unit is Athearn, the second two are older Kato units. One of the Kato units can easily outpull the Athearn unit....

Your just on the wrong railroad buddy. Depending on where your sourcing the lumber & what type your buying I'd suggest a transload option. There are some good railroads in the area that are aggressive in price & move cars fast. Mike H Hay stop trying to take out work. stay on your side of the state...

after the klsc shut down I was riding a cab in Chicago and saw #85 in a rail yard off Torrance ave. south of the city. I only once saw it once, because every pti driver take his own way throught the city.
