8150 was on K401 two days ago on CSX over in Ohio. CSX is leasing a batch of HLCX units. Rumor is there are about 100 of them, but based on sightings of reputable sources, here is the list of current leasers that have been seen. There are of course more, but they haven't been spotted. 7175 K401 7/1/...

So does anyone know about when they might show up on the property?

Rumor has it that they came into Buffalo on NS 369. Not the faintest if it is true or not though...

Eastbound CP Ethanol. Takes CSX at Buffalo, usually after a CSX power swap, and then down to NJ. Returns to CP as K409. K400 trains tend to originate east of Chicago, and the K600 trains tend to originate west of Chicago, except for a few of the IHB.

I'm wondering if this applies to BNSF SD70ACes on non-home rails as well, like when one comes out onto CSX, or if BNSF can just uphold that policy on their rails. I'm also confused; has this been mandated for crew comfort/safety, or so the cab components in the locomotive don't fall apart?

By Churchville ny, QC 386 at 0745hrs with UP 6601 leading. Probably just CSX power trailing.

S393 with BNSF 5392 leading FXE 4605 by Bergen ny, QC 389, at exactly 1400hrs. Bergen is about 1hr and 30m east of Buffalo by the speed it's going.

Well, from a Rochester Standpoint, if they leave anytime between now and 0800hrs tomorrow morning, I won't get them in daylight in Rochester.
